All BADLVCK and The Lantern stories thread through the BADLVCKVERSE — a crooked cosmos where survival isn’t a gift, it’s a gamble. At its heart are the Laws: strange, inevitable forces older than gods. Some bind, some burn, some twist the dice in your hand. Every tale you read is just mortals stealing scraps from those Laws — and bleeding for it.
BADLVCK is a UK-based transcreative artist weaving stories across books, soundtracks, visual art and mythic worldbuilding.
Creator of The Fractured Path and the wider Shadows & Strangers universe, he composes music that mirrors the emotional gravity and shifting realities of his novels.
Rather than staying in one lane, BADLVCK works in a hybrid palette:
cinematic orchestration, dark ambient, glitch-electronic, post-rock, ritual vocals, industrial pulses, and mythic choirs.
This fusion isn’t accidental — it reflects the nature of his worlds: fractured, dreamlike, ancient, alive.
