Terms & Conditions

By using the BADLVCK Press website or placing an order through the store, you agree to the following terms.

All books, music, artwork, written content, and creative material displayed on this website remain the property of BADLVCK Press unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or commercially reused without permission.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate. Occasionally these may need updating or correcting.

Orders are subject to availability and may occasionally experience delays during launch periods, preorders, or limited production runs. Estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, supplier availability and courier performance.

BADLVCK Press reserves the right to update:

  • shipping policies

  • pricing

  • product availability

  • preorder timelines

  • website content

  • store policies

at any time where necessary.

Signed editions, limited releases, and hand-prepared items may contain small variations or imperfections due to the nature of independent production. These are considered part of the character of the product and not manufacturing faults.

Returns, refunds, and damaged item policies are outlined separately within the Shipping & Delivery / Returns section of the website.

External services linked through the website — including payment providers, music platforms, or social media integrations — may operate under their own separate policies and terms.

If you have any questions regarding orders, policies, or website use, please contact BADLVCK Press through the website contact page.

Additional Terms

Entries into The Crooked Chance are free unless otherwise stated. BADLVCK Press reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue giveaways, draws, or promotional events at any time.

Digital products, downloadable content, and audio purchases may not be eligible for refunds once delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Physical products damaged during shipping should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so that replacements or remedies can be considered.
