BADLVCK Returns & Refunds
Every BADLVCK item is made to order — stitched, pressed, and printed just for you. That means we don’t keep piles of stock waiting in a warehouse, and it also means: all sales are final.
When we do accept returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, that’s on us. Send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll summon a replacement at no extra cost.
When we don’t
Because our products are created on demand:
We cannot accept returns for wrong size ordered or buyer’s remorse.
We cannot accept returns if the wrong address was entered at checkout.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is returned to Printful because it was unclaimed or the address was invalid, we can re-ship it — but you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost.
